Benny Gomes
Lecturer: Transnational Aesthetics and the impact on the Lighting Designer’s Process
In a 30-year career, Benny Gomes (Lighting Designer)has lit over 300 productions for opera, pan, choral, theatre, dance and industrials in Trinidad and Tobago, his native country.  He has also designed across the Caribbean, Venezuela, Germany and the US.  Included in his work are 9 premiers of Nobel Prize winner Derek Walcott’s plays.
