Design Excellence Lectures

Following on from the success of 2003 a programme of Design Excellence lectures and workshops, will take place in the main national exhibition halls and in Scenofest city venues.

Top Ten Talks

Pamela Howard will curate a series of special presentations in The PQ lecture theatre. The Top Ten Talks will present a exciting view of World performance and design creation through the exploration of significant world practitioners, creative teams and unique artists. Read more

Experts in their Field

Across the Scenofest performance venues, Major international practitioners and artists in Performance, Scenography, Costume, Lighting, and Sound Design, will present elements of their life’s work as a part of the Scenofest. These may be in the form of workshop presentations or lectures.          

Attendance for all design excellence presentations will be available at  Scenofest 2007

Café Presentations

In as less formal environment the Scenofest will host 5 presentations from experts in their field; these presentations will embrace the flavour of the café environment. Be prepared for the unexpected, exploring design in this unusual environment, be it sound and performance, light or multi media.

Master Classes

Additional subject specific master classes may take place in any one of the presentation spaces provided in the Central Hall, or within the Alfred ve Dvore Theatre.  (These will be announced at The Scenofest)
