This session will concentrate on work from current
research in the School of Performance & Cultural Industries at
University of Leeds, UK, including the AHRC-funded Projecting
Performance Project.
It will be illustrated by video examples of work using projected light
including the interactive Dancing in the Streets light installation in
York City Centre in 2005.
The session will investigate issues associated with the use of projected
light as a creative scenographic tool and the role of the technical
performer/operator in the making of such work. |
