Marzena Puzniak is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honors B.A. in Drama and Psychology.  She also studied theatre as an exchange student at the Jagiellonian University in Poland.  Currently, she is continuing her studies and work in the area of theatre design, a field which combines the interests which she is most vividly propelled by – those of graphics and visual arts, dance and choreography, literature and fashion design.  She commits to theatre because of its insistence on maintaining a discourse between all facets of the arts.  She has worked on numerous projects as a set and costume designer, and this past summer she also directed, designed and co-produced a production of Albert Camus’ Caligula.  Her most recent project was a production of Brecht 50Years After, which she co-designed and which performed at the Piccolo Theatre in Milan.
